Award Increment


Award Increment : Award increment is an increment in salary given to those employees who had undertaken their approved courses by his/her Officer in Charge. That course should be part of a Ministry HRD plan and the course duration should not less than 3 months.

Steps and Procedures to get Increment Award.


Step 1. After successfully completion of your study (3 months duration and more) Write to your Ministry for your increment & attach your certificate.

Step 2. Your Ministry write to PSO (Training) regarding your increment and attached your certificate.

Step 3. PSO HRMC will then work on your salary increment Award and to notify you by writing and copied to your Ministry.
